Return & Refund Policy – Myllaro

We want you to love your Myllaro purchase! If something isn’t quite right, we’re here to help.


🛍️ Returns

We accept returns within 14 days of delivery. To be eligible for a return:

  • The item must be unused, unworn, and in original packaging

  • You must provide a receipt or proof of purchase

  • Some items may be non-returnable (see below)

To start a return, please email us at support@myllaro.com with your order number and reason for return. Once approved, we’ll provide return instructions.

📦 Customers are responsible for return shipping costs, unless the item arrived damaged or incorrect.


💸 Refunds

Once we receive and inspect your return:

  • If approved, your refund will be processed back to your original payment method within 5–10 business days

  • We’ll notify you by email once your refund has been issued

Please note:
Shipping fees are non-refundable unless the return is due to an error on our part.


🔄 Exchanges

Want a different size or color?
Email us and we’ll help you exchange the item (if available). Exchanges follow the same 14-day return window.


Non-Returnable Items

We do not accept returns on:

  • Personalized or custom-made items

  • Items marked Final Sale

  • Opened hygiene products (e.g., toothbrushes, cosmetics)


📦 Damaged or Incorrect Items

If your order arrived damaged or you received the wrong item, contact us within 48 hours of delivery. We’ll make it right—either by refunding or reshipping the correct item at no extra cost.
